Ingram Micro has partnered with Brisbane-based start-up Switch Connect to enhance voice calling capabilities in Australia, delivered through the distributor’s Cloud Marketplace.
Enabling the provision of new and advanced voice calling products locally, the agreement is designed to provide partners with access to voice-enabled services, including Microsoft Direct Routing for Teams.
